I have been a corporate trainer and business coach for more than 20 years helping people achieve career success. I'm passionate about helping others to thrive at work including showing them how to get raises and promotions.
I've spent many years working in Human Resources for global companies and I know what goes on behind the scenes when people ask for raises or try to negotiate higher starting salaries. I use that information to help people understand what works and what doesn't.
I've coached and trained leaders in Fortune 100 companies. I've written for Forbes and have been quoted as a business expert in major publications including Cosmopolitan, Family Circle magazine, and USA Weekend.
